Amy's got a whole new look! We finally decided to get her hair cut and give her bangs. She went to my "fancy" hair salon and got her hair cut by the same beautician who cuts my hair. I was a little unsure as to how Amy would react, though I really wanted Michelle, who cuts my hair to cut Amy's hair. Amy loves the Fancy Nancy books so I played it up that she would be going to a salon similar to where Fancy Nancy would go. Although she was excited to get her hair cut, Amy became a little unsure when we arrived. So, she sat on my lap while getting her hair cut and talked to Ms. Michelle about the fish on her cape. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get pictures during the actual hair cut, though obviously I got some afterward! Amy loves her new hair cut! She was so excited afterward that we had to take a picture with my phone & send it to Daddy at work. Of course, Ms. Michelle also sprayed princess sparkles on her hair after her hair cut, which Amy absolutely loved!
Isn't she the most adorable little girl? I think she looks so much older now, which makes this Mommy just a little sad!
