Can you spot which ones are NOT stuffed animals???
Amy enjoyed placing all of her stuffed animals around Nathan...and then she jumped into the middle of the pile as well!!
May Favorite Pics of Nathan
May 2011
It's hard to believe that Nathan is four months old. He continues to be such a good baby and we feel so blessed to have him. He is growing like crazy and I continue to want to stop time to make sure I enjoy every moment with this sweet, precious baby. Nathan has rolled over from his tummy to his back...though he has yet to do it when anyone else is around!! He also is beginning to roll over from his back to his tummy. Nathan loves to watch his big sister, Amy. He is content to watch her run and dance around. I can only imagine the plans Amy has for Nathan as he gets bigger!! Below are some favorite pictures from May!

Easter Weekend
Easter 2011
This year, we continued our traditional Easter weekend journeys...first to my parents' house and then over to Kurt's parents' house. Amy simply loves seeing her grandparents and gets so excited when she knows we're going to visit. All the family members were excited to see Amy and Nathan...I assume they were as excited to see me and Kurt too! :)

Amy found the perfect hair accessory at Grandma's...flowers for her hair!
Amy loved getting books in her Easter basket...especially Strawberry Shortcake Nathan wasn't very excited about his Easter basket this year...
Adoption Day
April 28, 2011
This day will forever be remembered as Nathan's adoption day. Although we brought Nathan home from the hospital, the adoption wasn't finalized until this date. We were thrilled to attend the court hearing to legally and officially make Nathan our son, though in all honesty, he was our son from the moment we brought him home. Granddad and Grandma Murphy traveled up for the court hearing and we were thrilled that they were able to make it. We have loved every minute of life with Nathan and we feel so blessed to have him as part of our family.

Ponytail!!
April 2011
Amy has such beautiful hair, though it has been a bit slow to grow. However, lately it seems that her hair is growing more and more. We were able to put her hair in a pony tail, although a relatively small one, it was still a pony tail. Her bangs still need to grow a bit more, so we used a headband as well as a bow. Amy thought it was the coolest thing to have a pony tail and she loved posing for pictures with her new 'do!
